Depending on your role, you will be assigned employment forms as part of your new hire orientation. You can find them for review below. Please arrange to meet with our Human Resources Department for New Hire Paperwork. The HR Department is on the 2nd floor of the OSEC Building at 1 School Street in Wilmington, VT.
If you haven’t already done so, you can schedule your fingerprinting appointment. However, before your appointment, the Vermont Crime Information Center Fingerprint Authorization Certificate must be signed by an authorized representative from the WSWSU Central Office. You will complete your Background Check Authorization and I-9 Form in person with the HR Department.

Please note that each member over the age of 12 is required to have their own username and password. Once enrolled any members can grant access to another family member. This is based on federal privacy laws.

Windham Southwest Supervisory Union is pleased to announce that enhancements have been made to the 403(b) Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA) process.
Please utilize the instruction below in our Employee Communication for important next steps once you have established an account with a vendor of choice.
Effective now, election requests will be submitted through an online system. This system is provided by our 403(b) Plan Administrator, US OMNI and TSACG Compliance Services. (USOTCS). The online process eliminates the need for paper SRAs and allows 24-hour access for employees. All approved representatives of the District’s authorized investment provider companies will be able to assist employees with this online process. There are many benefits to the new SRA process:
Employees simply visit https://sra.tsacg.com to access the online system.
The system can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Employees can start, change, or stop a 403(b) SRA at their convenience.
Employees receive immediate online confirmation that their request has been submitted.
Authorized Investment Provider Agents/Representatives can assist employees.
