Depending on your role, you will be assigned employment forms as part of your new hire orientation. You can find them for review below. Please arrange to meet with our Human Resources Department for New Hire Paperwork. The HR Department is on the 2nd floor of the OSEC Building at 1 School Street in Wilmington, VT.  

If you haven’t already done so, you can schedule your fingerprinting appointment. However, before your appointment,  the Vermont Crime Information Center Fingerprint Authorization Certificate must be signed by an authorized representative from the WSWSU Central Office.  You will complete your Background Check Authorization and I-9 Form in person with the HR Department.

Please note that each member over the age of 12 is required to have their own username and password.  Once enrolled any members can grant access to another family member.  This is based on federal privacy laws.

Retirement Information Resources

403(b)
